Terms of Coopeartion

1. Meeting
   
   During the meeting, we get to know the customer’s expectations (preferences and tastes; the meeting does not entail any commitment to use the Agency’s services).
2. Preliminary Quotation
   
   Based on the information collected during the meeting, we prepare a preliminary quotation and suggested timetable (quotation and preliminary timetable are free of charge).
3. Contract
   
   If you like our offer and accept the suggested timetable, a contract will be signed and we will start working on the project according to the detailed plan agreed.

The contract will stipulate all details regarding the price and form of payment and the scope of the project.

We work with each couple on an individual basis; the meeting takes place at a time and location that are convenient for you; we do not have set margins and do not charge commission; all discounts obtained by our Agency from subcontractors go to the bride and groom.
